Suspects Shot At Special Police Officer During Dispute In Southeast DC Building: MPD

The Metropolitan Police Department is attempting to track down suspects who shot at a Special Police Officer in Southeast DC on Wednesday night.

Shortly before 6:30 p.m. on April 3, the suspects and officer, who was working at a business in the area, were involved in an argument in the 400 block of 14th Street SE that escalated.

According to police, as the suspects were leaving the establishment, one of them fired a handgun toward the officer before both fled the scene. 

No injuries were reported.

The suspects were caught on camera on Wednesday, and the department released photos on Thursday as they seek the public's assistance in identifying and locating them.
